And the tiny fibres adhere almost magnetically to the mascara giving extra length and volume. If you more dramatic effect, add more layers. HOW TO USE:
Apply Snowcrystal Feathers Brush-On Fibres in between coats of mascara making up one eye at a time:
- Start by applying mascara on your eyelashes. Use a creamy mascara for best effect.
- Add Brush-On Fibres on the tips of your eyelashes, curving them while the mascara is still wet.
- Seal the product by adding another layer of mascara
If you wish extreme thickness and length, repeat the steps.
